Need info please RDT

I watched a video this morning of a guy who 100% act 5.4 and he had the ability to rank down his champs. Does anyone have info as to why he has RDT and everyone else doesn't?
I know, I know this is like the 4,336th post about RDT.

Potions, revives, holiday crystals (a chance at certain champs) and last year was the "greater gifting crystal" sounds fancy doesn't it? It was a chance at 4* Kang.

That’s an old video ,am lol it completion of act5 chapter one. The video was posted in back in March lmao

Thats an incredibly old video, looks like from when 12.0 just came out.

You can tell cause Kang is aq boss and rogue is basic.
