Gladiator vs arnim zola bug

Gladiator cant hit arnim zola after countering his heavy with medium. His medium just stops like hitting to a hidden mirror but not arnim zola. This type pf bug is also present with penny parker for more than 1.5 months. I cant understand why these buffs stay unfixed for so long because we know that iif there is a bug for the favor of players it is immediately resolved.
