MCOC is trying to scam me into spending money by not allowing me to purchase anything in the in store app or on the web app putting me at negative 999 units and have stated if I want to earn any of my units from any of the events arenas anything you coming up I'd have to purchase pile credits mcoc is a scam

They try to state that I asked for a refund but never have I asked for a refund from anything I purchased

Negative units means you owe them money for refunding something, either personally or cancelled by your financial institution

Yeah mcoc is nothing than a scam I never requested a refund or anything to be honest this was the push I needed to delete the app completely 10 years and they can't seem to fix any of the bugs

Did you do a charge back on a purchase?
This literally can only happen if you did a charge back on your bank account or got a refund through Google/Apple. This has literally never accidently happened to someone and no, Kabam is not out here trying to scam players out of money. You, or someone you know, did something wrong. A $10 purchase was made, you have what you got from it, but now Kabam doesn't have their $10.

I think that's what it was I just checked my account and I remember buying a weekly special for $10 but never asked for a refund so when I went into the account it showed that there was apparently a refund that I never requested so I went ahead and bought the credit but at the same time now I'm still getting $10 back so it's just going to void everything out now

Open a ticket and they will tell you why you have negative units. As of now, you are the one scamming them...
