Heart of Fire Predictions

Hey guys, as you all know four more "strong champions" are going to join Nick Fury and Apoc in the HoF Crystal. With this information I wanted to see every champion who is not available as a 7 Star. ( Magik and Quake not included as well as Labyrinth Ultron who is most probably going to reward for Lv70. )

There are lots of champions and we need to eliminate them as much as we can so let's start it.
1 .Exclusive champions are not coming with this crystal so that eliminates Goldpool, Punisher, Immortal Iron Fist, Unstoppable Colossus
2. Recently we had a vote for rework that included 6 champions. This means kabam acknowledged the fact that they need a buff and they are not
strong champions unlike Heart of Fire champions are. With this information Proxima Midnight, Rogue, Jubilee, Squirrel Girl, Morningstar gets eliminated. Also X-23 won the vote so I dont think they can create her new kit until May.
3. Hercules is definetely not happining lol.

Now let's update the list ;

We need to eliminate the champions are weak without any debate.
Cosmics : Captain Marvel, Ms Marvel, Drax, Groot, Symbiote Spider Man
Tech : Darkhawk, Green Goblin, Iron Patriot, Psycho Man, Vulture
Mutant : Beast, Captain Britain, Cyclops, Old Man Logan, Psylocke, Wolverine
Skill : Black Widow, Daredevil, Elektra, Karnak, Moon Knight, Taskmaster, Winter Soldier
Science : Abomination, Captain America OG/WW2, Gladiator Hulk, Modok, Mr Fantastic, Rhino
Mystic : Dr Strange, Ghost Rider, Guillotine, Iron Fist, Loki

Now we need to eliminate champions that can do things but won't hype or make almost anyone whale out for them.

Cosmic : Air Walker, Annihulus, Heimdall, Ikaris, Kamala Khan, Ronan, Super Skrull
Tech : Doc Ock, Silver Centurion, Star Lord, Yondu
Mutant : Sabretooth
Skill : Aegon, Night Thrasher, Thor Ragnarok
Science : Anti Venom, Electro, Miles Morales, Yellowjacket
Mystic : Doctor Voodo, Dormammu, Mephisto, Jane Foster

After all of these eliminations let's see where we at.

Okay even tough I like Sweedeah and Simula King Groot, Champion, Vision AoU needs to go.
Also I know that Black Bolt and Hela can do great things with synergies but I dont think they are going to be in this crystal.

For the tech class out of this five Nebula is the least exciting one so she is getting eliminated.
Same idea goes for other classes too so Cable, Agent Venom, Wasp getting eliminated.

I was trying to reduce it down to 4 champions each class but I can't go further for skill champions. However they announce this event will be similar to last years Omega Days event. In the Omega Days event they announced 1 champions per class so I believe this would be the case. Which means mutant/skill class gets eliminated. I just wanted to see which champions are missing and which ones excites me the most, that's why I didn't eliminate these classes at first.

Let's look at the final picture.

It's really hard to pick one for each class but I have two different guesses.

First one is Cosmic and Tech going to be absolutely broken so they need to be balance with science and mystic which makes my picks are Hulkling, Ghost, Cassie Lang and Claire Voyant.

Second one is Cosmic and Mystic being absolutely broken so they need to be balanced with Tech and Science which makes my picks Hulkling, Viv Vision, I-Bomb and Doom.

I really wonder about your predictions so feel free to share them.

Just because I was trying to reduce it to four each class and there wasn't a competition in cosmic class when it becomes to being a "strong champion".In a crystal advertised like this logical options are only CGR and Hulkling. Imagine Cull is the one getting released as a 7 Star for the cosmic tough lol

I know I just said King Groot is good, but I don’t think he’ll be in the deals simply because of the fact that a lot of people have the Deathless version already, so he wouldn’t generate many extra sales. I’d say the chance of a 7* Ghost in the near future is near zero.

My guesses would be Hulkling, Nimrod, Human Torch, and honestly any of the four Mystics that you left as possibilities are realistically possible. If not Hulkling, then they’ll probably just add King Groot despite what I said above, only other champion I could see them considering is Annihilus but I think they’re aware that most people wouldn’t be extremely excited for him.

I don't know about Cull but a sig 200 Thor does hit waaay harder than King Groot.

Because if they keep pushing 6*’s out of relevance by increasing the power of 7*’s, Hercules will eventually fall off completely and they won’t have to add nodes just to counter him specifically anymore.

not only that, but every boss is designed against him, and considering how you can’t use him in any Everest content, and most likely story content is gonna be slow if you his because of the bigger health pool, I don’t think he would even be too op atp, my guesses are still doom for mystic, hulking for cosmic, I think scorp for science, and either fant or ghost for tech, but I’m really leaning towards ghost

I expect Claire Voyant to also be part of this lineup, it will be nice to have a champion who’s dupe and sig isn’t required, similar to Torch.

As for the other two, I’m still holding high with Ronan, sig 200 he’s unstoppable, Nick Fury also wants high dog as well.

As for Tech, I think Viv Vision is the perfect Titan champion, so I think it’s going to be Nimgod.

Doctor Doom will be part of a separate event this year or early next year, hold me too this.

I would be furious if cosmic is anyone except cgr/hulkling. They had the chance for putting galan there and call it a day, but they decided to include him in titan instead. No one wants og thor, cull or king groot with Nick and apoc in the same crystal.

And tech I really hope it's nimrod or ghost no one uses them nowadays they would see a comeback as 7*s. There are many ghost counters nowadays and nimrod is not as good as he used to be as well. They will be balanced 7*s imo.

What does thor literally have in his kit lol? Just some good damage, occasionally gets fury and inflict armor breaks on parry. And he also needs max sig. His kit is outdated. Even cull has more chances to be in there than thor.

And claire would be good on titans, I think they'll probably give us abs man or tigra as they are selling this for units/money.

Mystic: Absorbing Man. I have a feeling they will save 7* Doom for Avengers Doomsday or will introduce another Doom variant. Abs Man also needs sig investment to reach his full potential as well.

Science: Torch. The event is literally called Heart of Fire. Other possibilities include Ibom, Cassie and Mr Fantastic, but similar to Doom, I feel like they will save Mr Fantastic for Fantastic Four: First Steps in July. Scorpion is a bit too powerful

Tech: Future Ant Man or Nimrod, both are powerful, either one would be great. Ghost is too powerful for now

Cosmic: Hulkling, Annihilus or Thor

I agree it's not a lot in terms of utility but you're underestimating his damage a lot because you probably haven't seen what he can do or don't have one yourself. I can guarantee you a sig 200 7* Thor with crit stat would easily be a very fast nuke in BGs so I don't know why you're just saying "good", his damage is above good.

How many 6* can do a ROL fight in 40 secs without ascension or boosts? That fight was faster than even some r3 7*.
Cull doesn't have more chances than Thor, Cull I actually wouldn't even put on that list because he's not relevant for anything these days really, and Hulkling and CGR I still doubt just because we already have Galan coming in, do they really want to give away the #2 and #3 best cosmic champs in the game away just like that? Sure they'll make a lot of money but this early?

As for Tigra, I still think she's too strong in the right hands so for that reason alone she's out, they can't give away all the overall top champs at once they're already giving us Nick and Galan.

Apoc is not on the same level as Nick, but all three of them are strong regardless, that's what I'm trying to say here and if Lagacy has Thor on his list too it's for a reason. I just can't see them dropping Galan Hulkling combo all at once like this, Cull is way below any of these three (even when 6* were relevant Thor was at least used in certain BGs metas Cull never) and CGR still way too strong to even be considered.

You say that but I still see Sunspot's everywhere in BGs and not just this meta, saying that alone doesn't help is just not true because it does. Also, Thor could be a top Red Skull counter and who knows what future tech defenders will be like, Cull has virtually no use outside of questing and he was already irrelevant even back then.

I can agree with that last point though, the thing is I can't picture Kabam being this generous. They're dropping Galan Red Guardian and Nick in the span of a couple months, just think about it for a second not based on what you want but based on logic.

Yeah But I definitely don't see them having thor Or cull or literally any other cosmic champ in this crystal? Along with champs like apoc, nick, and hopefully other good champs similar to their level. That's not logical as well. I think it's hulkling or some new buffed champ. Otherwise It will he a Very big L.

I think Cosmic class will either be a big W or a massive L. Not many left that are on the same calibre or stronger than Fury and Apoc to choose from compared to the other classes. But Kabam have been known to hype things up and then disappoint. So our definition of powerful champs might not be what they are thinking, lol.
