How long does it normally take for Kabam to contact with twitch stream giveaway winners?

I was selected as one of the giveaway winners (Titan Crystal) during the Marvel Contest of Champions live Twitch stream held on April 4th. Since I’m new to this, I wasn’t sure what the next steps were, so I asked for guidance in the comments section of the content creator’s video recapping the stream. Someone replied that Kabam usually contacts winners via Twitch DMs.

I waited a few days, but as of today (April 8th), I haven’t received any message, and I’m unsure if there’s something else I need to do. I’m concerned about possibly missing out on my reward.

If anyone has information or suggestions regarding how long it usually takes for Kabam to reach out or if there’s anything I should do in the meantime, I’d greatly appreciate your help.

Nothing u can do but check twitch dm every day. But I can se it happen soon ish.

Usually a few days, sometimes it has been a week or longer

Sending the messages out to all winners today! Normally goes out on the Friday after the stream but had to focus on sorting comp for drop issues and it got pushed out to today haha. Reply anytime between today and Wednesday and you should be good once the message comes through!

I received the message later that day, stating that I just needed to provide my account , alliance name, and related details. It mentioned that the Titan Crystal would be delivered to my account later that week. However, I still haven’t received it and now i can't even message them in twitch. Is there anything else I need to do at this point?
