7 star Lumatrix for f2p players

Any idea on how many light essence will be available for f2p? And If she will be available as 7 star in another way in the future?

If you're able to score a celestial finish in BGs or rank 1 arenas, then you can get him f2p. Otherwise you're likely to have to wait awhile for him to join the basic pool

he is an eidol so I'm pretty sure he will not join basic pool right?
