A deck is limited to 30, so there's no "30+". And there's also only 14 7r3 in this picture, so...why are we here?

BG matchmaking isn't actually worse, it is exactly the same it has been for quite a long time now (completely random within the tier you're in). However it looks like the VT rewards update might have awakened some sleeping giants from hibernation.

It's just random screenshot, I didn't take others roster screenshot ,
30+ means the whole roster they have almost every champions as 7* Rank 3 or higher

It's not the matchmaking has gotten worse but that the player base has gotten stronger.

I went on a 5 month break. During those five months, not only was R4 introduced, but now you can have more than 1. Access to R3 became easier and strong new champs have entered, such as facing Zola on defense.

I used to face accounts that weren't too different than mine to now constantly fighter stronger, yet I still made it to the GC. Roster isn't everything.

If you haven't finished story mode, that would be a great place to focus on. If you post your roster, you could get some helpful advice

I think you mean 30 champs at 7R3+, not 30+ champs at 7R3. Those are two different things, one of them nonsensical.

As others have stated, the reason why you might be seeing these sorts of people occasionally in Diamond is the increased rewards might have caused some strong players who normally don't do BG much to decide to jump in. But more importantly, this is a thing that tends to happen in the middle of every season. You're never going to see that guy again, because he's going to win and quickly get to Vibranium if not GC. Every time he wins he gets two trophies higher. In the middle of the season, any strong player who did not play last season will be placed into lower tiers and have to fight their way up. You just happened to run into them. This is less about how the game mode finds matches, and more with how the game places players into VT.

Also, while that roster looks tough because it has a lot of rank ups, it doesn't look like a particularly scary roster overall, at least the top half we can see. Bullseye is not as much of a threat this season because so many mutants can nuke him for example. Yeah, that guy is going to stomp all over some unsuspecting Thronebreaker, but any competent player that understands the champs and built their deck to tune for the meta this season will probably at least be able to put up a decent fight against him.
