Can I get the rewards for a lower threat level bounty if I beat the higher one?

Okay, so I wasn't paying attention to the quests, read beat mangog, so I did that. I beat mangog...at threat level five. Now I can't get the rewards for beating him at a lower level. Would it be possible to give rewards for lower levels if you beat the higher ones?

    Why would you want the lower level rewards? You already got the best version of that reward for the quest

    I would like the achievement for it though. As in the crystal shards for the special crystal in addition to the 7 star shards
