Incursion Revives and Health Pots

Yesterday I spent a lot of units to complete the saga incursion. Wouldn't it be better if we could buy the revives we use in incursions with incursion artifacts, just like we can buy the revives we use in AQ with glory ? Otherwise, we can spend a lot of units against an opponent in the middle of the adventure.
