Damn! If it costs us anything, in game rewards, currencies, supplies, it can go ignored for months and years (literally)! But when it is a ding for kabam the game goes into shutdown immediately? Tells you how much they care about the player base.

I just opened an 8* Serpent. I better have him in my account when I can log back in. He also came sig 200 rank 9. And Ares, I had a playable ares with the same stats as epoch.

I opened a 7 star hercules with sig 200 already built in. I hope he ain't gone

It is not a matter of what "emergency" is, but people have reasonable concerns because it happening in matches which affect them for example incursions or battleground.

I'm amazed when people are surprised by the response. It's not that an emergency, but because of what it will affect. Say you are in a battle grounds match and because the game went out then you could lose the fight which could affect your points and whether you move up or down in battlegrounds.
I am always surprised by the response. They can't pick and choose who to take the game down for. The game team isn't like "Wait guys, BowTieJohn is in a BG match. Let's wait for him to be done. Oh wait, there's another match, wait just a moment". Like, that's not a thing.

They have to take the game down in order to prevent further purchases. I am sorry that you don't understand that. If they don't, they will be flooded with "unfair purchases and the gap is bigger than ever" threads because people got 1575 full T7B.

If you read my post I'm giving examples of where people would items like boosts, points in various contest, have to revive a champion due to the game closing out and other such things. All I'm saying is can we please receive appropriate compensation for this lost based on this.

Understood, but emergency does mean they did't have plans to do this, but based on the nature of it had to. Hopefully there will be compensation maybe adjusting scores, making sure medals are not lost in bg, or providing boosts, revives and energy refills.

Just finished a long long day of work, thought to jump into MCOC and have a bit of fun in BG (if the disconnect issues doesn't continue)...hey ho Maintain (I guess this is better than disconnected mid way through the fight).

Well on the plus side, looking forward to jumping into BG once MCOC is back up, and facing a full 30 R4 dex in Uru 3.
