I got suspended for 7 days for spending $30 and picking signature stones

You didn't. Pinwheel already said elsewhere that they might issue temporary bans while they resolve the issue. Once it's fixed, you'll be good.

It says I’m suspended for 7 days when I try to log in. There is nothing to resolve in my account because I only picked signature stones

What about people who didn’t rank 4 anyone

If they didn't rank 4 but did still select the t7b offer it will be a little bit longer as we process the clawback and make sure everyones champions are where they need to be

@KabamPinwheel I know it’s easier to use the ban logic to prevent players from accessing their accounts, but I think simply changing the word 'ban' to 'temporarily locked' could reduce a lot of confusion and forum posts.

Yes? Why wouldn't it be legal for a game operator to temporarily suspend a game account while they fix a problem?

You make it sound like being banned is going to show up on your criminal record or ruin your credit rating or something. Kabam can suspend your account for any one of a number of reasons, one of which is punishment for violating the rules, but another is there's a problem they need to fix that requires temporarily disabling access to the game account while they sort things out. I'm not sure why you would question the legality of that.
