Which of these 7* tech should I awake/upgrade?

I have 1 awakening tech gem and 1 ranking up gem 1 > 2. I have Shuri, Shocker and Peni Parker. I really don't know which one to awake and rank up. Shuri and Shocker are very good champs I know but I can't decide between the 2 and maybe I'm sleeping on Peni? Which one would you choose?

    I'd hold the awakening gem for someone else. None of them need awakening to be monsters imo. All 3 are solid champions, you'd probably find Shuri or Shocker the most useful offensively. Peni Parker is a solid champion and I have mine at r4, but I wouldn't recommend her to just anyone unless they knew about how to use her well.
