this game is almost unplayable on ios16 game keep crash after a while facing this issue now almost 1 year @KabamDORK

    It's the device issue not the app issue

    I play mainly on iPhone 16 as well as iPhone 8 iOS 16 when my phone is dead. No issues here. Seems your device issue not kascams fault.i have a list of options to help you. It sucks but it’s better than constant crashing lol

    * for security reasons and supporting software latest iPhone updates can be crucial to support bigger apps like mcoc and games. You’re 3 years behind current ios18 so it can start to make things slow and crash. Not ur fault that’s a apple logic stupidity lol
    *make sure you ISP doesn’t have multiple isp addresses. Past updates to router or internet plan after contact done or speed and updates etc..That fixed it for me playing on an old iPhone 8.
    *iPhone cloud storage is different than internal storage, being that old of a phone that it isn’t eligible for ios18 means you are probably getting to full. Cloud storage can have 2TB and it won’t matter. Transfer to cloud the bigger apps,photos,files etc..and go manage internal phone storage.makes a huge difference.

    * Shady ass apps like temu can affect this and cause stuff to happen behind the scenes with corrupt files or weird in accessible hidden downloads added to your phone. Affecting gaming and social media apps. Some VPN and Adblocker apps can be shady as **** also causing app issues in turn:
    *ad guard,locked and other ad blockers or VPN can affect social media and gaming. Turn off and unload vpn and ad blockers for a specific app or even all together for a few days to see a big change.my blocker was causing issues with fbook and pubg,mcoc even email app.once I deleted and found a new one it worked fine app wise again. Your specific ad blocks may be the issue not VPN as a whole just some are shady and corrupt brhhe the scenes. Finding a legit one helps. AdGuard&VPN works great and no issue with mcoc.

    *iPhone battery health being years old can make battery health go down slowly. It’s normal wear and tear. Check that as it may be battery related. Optimal battery can affect Gaming and crash apps
    * hardware/software issue have to contact apple support to clear it up not kascam.100% of the time they fix it. This is your best bet.they will give you step by step.its their job to find the solution no matter what.
    Multiple apps can cause crashing phone wide if not updated solo to current versions app by app. Can cause faulty issues phone wide.
    *your internet package can be having jumping mbps causing crashing due to network congestion,ISP issues which you may need to contact your provider if only gaming is crashing not other apps.
    *Reset all settings and force hard rest after.even backing up then starting fresh can help more than this issue.
    *Manage and delete cookies and clear browser in all apps as it can affect all by some.clear caches in all locations
    *not strong enough or jumping mbps so you can get a ping:buffering monitor app and see if that’s the issue for free and fast.
    * Conflicting software on other applications or drivers on the iPhone or even router can conflict with the app causing crashes. Affects mcoc even tho it’s not mcoc related per sè
    * utilize apple safety check or malware apps incase downslope and files or even simple documents for invaded by a virus,as iPhones aren’t immune to malware from emails and social media,files etc..
    * device incompatibility which again can’t be fixed by kascam that’s your choice what you play on. Some apps won’t work on certain iOS or older phones properly and only way to fix that is a newer phone or latest iOS update compatibility. Your phone is minimum 2022 and later to not be eligible for ios18.
    *low storage past 90% can affect app crashing. Phone is either not eligible for iOS 18.
    * when your ISP made any past changes to your plan or upgraded internet speed or anything in the last year it can disconnect from games consistently.you need steps for advanced tab.you have to call your provider and do it over the phone. But they will solve it.
    *firmware can be faulty due to old router or even new dusty router or internal issues or loose wires. Unplug every week and dust internally with compressed air. Unplug for ten minutes once a week. wireshark free app to analyze the internet issues and see if it’s your ISP but still call them
