Who would you guys rank 4? I have a rank 4 sig 200 serpent already

I’m leaning towards deathless Thanos but then I’d have two cosmic rank 4’s…
Obvious choice would be Onslaught but his playstyle is a bit boring.
Photon would be fun and then I wouldn’t have to fight her hahaha
