Okoye synergy bug

Okoye synergy with Shuri doesn't work.
The description says that it increases potency of shuri shocks by 25%, but it doesn't increase neither active shocks neither passive shocks. I have tested it in world of legends with different variations of team (1. Misty Knight, Shuri, Okoye. 2. Okoye, Shuri. 3. Misty Knight, Shuri. 4.Shury) all tests shows that Misty Knight synergy works and Okoye doesn't.

    Aside from this, it also doesn't allow Okoye to have a sig1 benefit when not awakened. MD hits still when you have the synergy as well as spec'd properly into deep wounds (5) and dex (2). It's only noticed in war because MD isn't found in EQ nor AQ and you can't synergize in BGs.

    It also appears they are investigating it via the trello board.
