Bought the summoning sigil on iOS and website only got rewards for one.

I bought summon sigil first on iOS got the rewards then I found the better version on web store and bought there and only got the rewards for the iOS not for the webstore I paid every for

The Sigil is not a purchase you can double up on. It is a subscription that entitles you to the Sigil rewards. Purchasing it twice does not give you two subscriptions. If you were somehow able to buy it twice on two different platforms you will need to open a support ticket and request that one of them be refunded.

It was possible to double up when the Sigil first launched, and the integration between the xSolla store and the game itself has been faulty at times, so it is theoretically possible for a player to sometimes sub twice for the same account. It shouldn't be possible, and the system tries to prevent this, but I've seen this fail in the past.
