Why is a 6* r4-5 gem one of the rewards in the Mystic/Tech defense Side Quest??

I believe this should be a 7* resource here. Why slide in a 6* resource with other 7* rewards?

Some of us still enjoy ranking up 6* champs but feel guilty for using it on 6* instead of 7*. Rank up gems solve that problem

I don't mind personally - I haven't pulled Angela as a 7* yet but my 6* is Rank 4, max Sig. The gem saves me rank up resources which I can use on my other 7* champions.

On another note, I really enjoyed the Tech Defender quest. It was challenging but fair - Serpent did most of the heavy lifting but Angela was great for the final boss.

Ranked up void, as having max sig void from loyalty crystal will take around 2 more years. Casual war player

Last time I minded because the quests were way worse and not worth the effort for the rewards.
This go round I'm fine with it since the quests weren't as bs

Because not everybody that's doing the quest is a mid to high Valiant. That's why.

Why are you just looking at the gem and not the rest of the rewards?

Medusa is a great choice, and at sig 200 that autoblock will be way more reliable.
I have so many contenders for my cosmic gem I don't even know who to choose: CGR, Hulkling, Maestro, CMM....

Herc, hulking, Nova, cgr and galan are my r5a.
Medusa is first R5 cosmic in 8-10 months, thanks to the gem. Might get some use out of her before pulling the 7*.
Hulkling has always been helpful. He gets used in wars pretty frequently.

Maybe midcules can finally get r5? Though no content to use him on so medusa is probably the better option

I get what most of you are saying about the 6* 4-5 rug still being useful. It's just sooooo outdated and don't belong as a reward in this type of quest. But some of you still need it, so ok cool. 👍🏼

This type of quest is a short-term, do-it-if-you-want-to quest.

That sounds like the perfect place for a reward that has some value, but which isn't necessary for progressing; and so can therefore be safely ignored by people if they want to.

W rewards, helped me r5 hulkling for saga incursions as I had no other good options.

It really isn't that outdated when the whole point is to acknowledge the issue that 6 stars are still very relevant but splitting resources between them and 7 stars is an issue. This is a way of allowing for more guilt free rank ups

Great rewards here. Big improvement…although…for completing both a 7 star 1-2 class gem would’ve been cool. I’m fine with what we got tho

I only r5 for very specific content if i dont have the 7* so 4-5 gems are still very handy to me.

I'm holding mine till next month to see who is being released in the Heart on Fire event.

I don't know how accurate they r but I've read 2 of them r Apocalypse and Nick Fury.
