Kicked during raids

I had joined an alliance and I played for them consistently too. But after I joined their raids, they decided to kick me. So I am now unable to join any other raids and receive any rewards.

This statement makes zero sense. So joining an alliance that runs 3 BGs of raids guarantees you will not be kicked from said alliance during said raid. Apparently chances are greater of being kicked during a raid of the alliance you're in only does 1 or 2 BGs for Raids.

To the OP - It's unfortunate.
I was in a different situation than yours when I didn't join Raids b/c BS rewards.
I got kicked out after I find out the Raids I was assigned to was just the reg. Raids and the leader and some others were assigned to the Nightmare Raids.
Rewards: Nightmare Raids > Reg. Raids
So I decided to join the reg. AQ and was kicked out after Day 1. At the time, there were only 3 players in the reg. Raids and it was fully booked in the Nightmare Raids.
Not surprising, but when a leader assigns some players to Nightmare Raids and others to Reg. Raids, you know it's time to bail out (or have an insecure leader kick you out).
Not worth the 180 raid tickets for rewards for reg. Raids as oppose to the rewards in Nightmare Raids.
Found it more funny that there are some leaders of alliances jerking and playing favorites in their alliances.
