I will be needing 14k t4a frags (if we complete nightmare raids, else I'll need that extra full one) to take arnim zola from R1 to R4 + tech awaken gem. This is after all the resources gained from 9.2 explore.
Or I can just use generic gem on okoye and R4 her as she is already R3. Who should I do?
