BG's dexterity

There seems to be some major issues during dex in literally every match ( sample size of around 10), getting constantly smacked in the face. Sometimes even parry. Some bug I am not aware about or skill issue?

    Have you applied the masteries to your BG deck? And whom were you fighting. Also there is cleanse so your parries will get shrugged

    Yup is definitely happening, inputs are not working, and is not just bgs , raids normal quests arenas literally everywhere, getting hit when I know it should be a block and the dex just not registering, very annoying.

    Parry error when trying to parry weaponX, he is not berserk, he just broke my broken after the first 10 seconds of the match, lost me the transition from diamond 5 to vibranium 1
