Units missing

I logged into my account this morning after the contest was down for maintenance just to see that 21,000+ units have been taken from me and now my account is in red with negative balance of 1000+ units. All my units was brought through web store during cyber and Christmas deals last year. I do not use any non web store or in game purchase options for units outside of Kabam nor ever had any money or funds refunded after purchase of units. Trying to remain calm but what in the world is going on. Please assist. This is the wrong time for something like this especially with new war season starting, act 2 coming and other content. Is anyone else going through this. Please assist

    I used my own debit card linked to my own bank account, I'm 42 years old, retired Marine. I don't use mom and dads credit cards

    You didn't answer the part on if you asked for a refund through Apple app store or Google Play store. Or did you charge back any of your purchases.

    Red units come from asking for refunds outside of Kabam. If you didn't contact Kabam for a refund, then it's usually the reason for the negative red units.

    Because if you got a refund through the ways I mentioned, it means you got your money back without Kabam removing the items you bought. Also, the only way out is to buy your way out of it. Units earned through arena, quests or crystals will not reduce your balance.

    If you read the message I originally wrote you would see that I didn't receive any refunds nor asked for any refunds. I whale out every event. Never tried to beat the system in any way or received any funds back

    So no to your question. Not sure what's going on or why Kabam took my 21,000+ units. All my units was purchased from cyber week and Christmas deals and I was saving up and hoarding for 4th of July sales

    Just to clarify, your OP says funds refunded after unit purchases. Does that mean only unit purchases or are your including all of your purchases?

    So I guess I had a daily valiant purchase that didn't go through for 20 dollars, makes no sense why they took over 700 dollars worth of units. Don't even see where I can pay the 20 dolllars in order to fix my account

    A purchase that doesn't authorize does not count as a refund....... Your ticket also doesn't mention anything about a $20 purchase.

    So Kabam just posted this in my in game store. Will this give me my 21k units back, don't wanna waste the money if it don't

    Yes, that is how you re-pay Kabam for refunded purchases, to pay off your Negative Credit.

    Should have been there before, as soon as you were put into Negative Credits. But maybe didn’t happen to see before now.

    Your units are not gone, they are locked for use. The negative credits unlock them. Buying those crates will show back the units.
    Fun fact, any unit you earned while they were locked is still earned. Had an alliance mate that played with units locked for months and then had a few 1000s more when he finally unlocked them.
