If I played like trash, I would have used domino against bullseye and risked a loss against enchantress using serpent. Scream would have fought warlock since he can be beaten by any wet noodle.
OP, hopefully this motivates you to grind a little bit less and practice and learn how to fight the common defenders. Especially because R4s are now being handed out left and right, so you will be running into full R4 matchups very soon.
i don’t mind a tough fight in arenas, but having Enchantess and Boomerang in the same set of fights is a lot of Kabam bs
Actually, it is player BS.
The teams you see in the arena are randomly selected from the teams players use in the arena. It is an attempt to make arena a bit of a pseudo-PvP mode, back when there was no other player vs player activity. If you are facing it, it is because some other player decided to use it.
This method of choosing teams in the arena is baked into the implementation, and not easy to change. It would probably require rewriting the match up system. And I don't think you want the devs to rewrite that. Since one of the longest standing bugs in all of MCOC is in there. Its the bug where the system fails to find matches when the streak multiplier gets too high and exceeds the strength of all teams players use in the arena, forcing it to revert to a default match configuration that is itself bugged to be about 25% lower than intended.
The players have a name for this pretty silly bug. I believe it is commonly referred to as "infinite streak" and good luck keeping it around if the devs decide to rewrite the arena.

Easy fights actually
