Rank up suggestions for 7 stars

Should I r3 my sunspot and does any of my other champs worth for generic 1 to 2 rank up gem or should I wait for it

Bullseye, Titania and Enchantress for defense. U could also rank up Prowler but he's preferably awakened

Unfortunately I already have 6 r4 A enchantress

I’d rank 3 sunspot now and later look to rank up punisher 2099 and possible ultron or prowler if you like them.
