Scorpion… Am I missing something

He’s always in the strongest champs list but I find that i just don’t use him very much. I’ve got him at 6* rank 4 and have been working through chapter 6 and finding that I’m not using him in that very much as there are always better champs for the nodes I’m working through. I struggle in battlegrounds anyway but my win rate with him is lower than other champs although it could be the current meta. The only time he gets used regularly is in arena where he does ok but no better than a lot of others. Am I missing something here and where are others using him most.

    Scorpion has a lot of immunities that are pretty useful and can apply debuffs to pretty much any champ in the game with prefights. He has a ton of utility in quests, deal huge burst damage in his rotation, and can deal with a lot of annoying fights. I think only being available as a six star really hurts him a lot in the current game in terms of being useful in things like War or Battlegrounds.

    If you can charge heavy into sp2 his damage can be pretty high. Also if you just have an aggressive ai you can deal a lot of damage pretty quickly.

    Put your resources in 7* champions

    Don't waste your time on 6* scorpion, he is not used very often by pro players

    You’ll use him with venom synergy in act 9. Out of hundreds of 6 stars and many abyss nexus I’ve opened I still can’t pull him

    This guy isn't a valiant player. He can still use 6*s and I doubt he has a 7* spider ham. :neutral:
    It doesn't matter, scorpion isn't the top choice among science champions, never used scorpion to get to valiant

    Scorpion isn't a mandatory champion to have or use

    There are better 6* champions out there

    There are "better 6* champions out there" but for the science class he has arguably the best utility. Just because you didn't use him doesn't mean he's not good. I don't think spider ham has 3 immunities, petrify, and healing.

    Thanks. He’s starting to make more sense now. Given the damage ramp up is slow that will explain why I’m not getting much out of him in battlegrounds but I understand the utility part. I’m not a pro player and still running 6* and ascended 5* champs for the most part. I have a couple of 7* but it’s too costly to run them to rank two at the moment.

    I took out scorp out of my GC deck.
    Apart from finishing with 100% health, he wasn't doing the stuff what he used to do in terms of speed.

    6* scorp is being used in high tier wars at this moment. His damage is consistent and reliable. Venom synergy makes him go pow pow boom boom.
