Getting combo'd when exiting sp3 animation

I have had this happen to me multiple times now and 2 times in aw that recently happened that I can clearly remember that have led to a death. When I come out of my sp3 animation or the opponents, occasionally my character is placed right Infront of the opponent, and It sort of feels like they skip a frame or something and just combo'd me. There isn't even anything you can do to prevent this happening. My device is the samsung galaxy a71 if it is a device issue. If it is a champion specific thing then it was ghost vs korg and mojo vs maestro, although it has occasionally happened in other matchups. Has anyone else been experiencing this.
