I usually use a team of King Groot, Mojo, Toad, Attuma, and Ibom. The great regen among all of them alongside good defensive mechanics means that they rarely fail to clear the quest. If you’re looking for fast efficient farming there’s better options, but this team works well for my purposes of “I want to set my phone down for 30+ minutes and come back to a single completed ROL run”.

Can confirm. My r3 (now r4) DKG can auto fight all fights solo. He is sig 200 though

Diablo with liquid courage also works. Not the fastest option, but it's safe

I use KG 6* r4 sig 200, Sasquatch, Abomination, Man-Thing, and Crossbones. With the levels my team is at, KG takes the first fight, Sas the second, and IBom takes Juggs. If I'm lucky, IBom also deals with SW, the only fight KG occasionally loses. This team allows KG to apply more poisons, making the Wolverine fight faster.

Rintrah, did it with a 6*r3 sig200.NOT on auto fight, I just let them beat on him. Juggs relic of course. like more than an hour later, completed, zero hits. funny as hell, will. OT do it again any time soon.
so you should be able to actually auto fight with him fine.
mind you, if you wanna run Sinister, iBom, King Groot, anyone who’s gonna get a regen for sustainability, Chee has a synergy to amp up regens.

Best team is serpent with titania attuma abs man as 5 star with odin on my team for pre fight to serpent
So I basically k.o my odin because I don't want him to fight
And with the synergy all my r3 titania attuma gets instant burst damage benefits and serpent gains massive fury potency which allow me do rol in auto fight for ease
