Okoye Died immediately after right the the fight started without any fights. What the ... ?

I fought at act 3.2 of Side Quest(ThroneBreaker), Path 4 , its weird after Okoye won the 1st fight against Spiral, and she went to fight with Symbiote Supreme, but she died imediately after right the fight started. is this a feature ? or something ?

Sym supreme nullifies buffs at the start of the fight and deals damage for each buff

Yes, its Symbiote Supreme, that's exactly what happens when you go into a fight with a ton of buffs...
Go in with Medusa next...

As someone with a 7* Sym Supreme, what other matchups does he excel against? I know champs with a lot of buffs melt against him, so any other suggestions?

You need buffs. That's kind of a given. Also matchups that require you to bleed . He can deal really good bleed damage and special damage with the armour breaks
