Who should I take to r4?

I can take 2 champs to r4 in any class and I have a mutant gem aswell, I play an average amount of bgs and have done most carina challenges besides necros. just wandering who the best options are for every kind of content and who gains the most from r4

    I have alot of other champs that are good but Im not very interested in taking up all the way right now, but I can if u want to name champs that you think are r3-4 worthy not in the pictures besides dl thanos, and onslaught lol lmk and Ill consider r3.
