Angela Taking Debuff Damage

I was fighting Arcade in AW on the hazard shift path, node 36 with my max sig Angela and the Odin prefight. I was taking debuff damage. During a previous war last season, she was auto locked as well. Can someone help me understanding why?

    masteries [the one where they increase bleed debuff by xx seconds]. Angela doesn't counter that.

    His kits also extended debuff durations.

    Arcade’s prefights, which are always active as a defender, give him +100% personal ability accuracy (his autoblock can still trigger unless you have at least -200% ability accuracy, which is at least 6 buffs with a max sig Angela) and prevents his personal damaging debuffs from having their durations reduced (Angela’s sig cannot prevent or mitigate Arcade’s DOTs at all, although it should still work against non-personal DOTs like hazard shift).
