I had to uninstall the game and after reinstalling all the other modes work except Battleground... Unable to access Battleground the laptop screen remains frozen when I try to enter it

I have the same problem, I made a ticket but it seems like they don't care at kabam otherwise someone could uninstall the game and reinstall it to see and confirm the problem, it's impossible to access Battleground mode after that

There are lots of people who uninstall and re-install.

First, it is a good idea every few updates to do so, helps clear out leftover junk, and starts with fresh install.

Second, those that have to do so because of space constraints where downloading whole update could be as large as install itself, but having current install still on device doesn’t leave enough free space on device to do update.

Have you tried full uninstall again (including clearing cache), so long as you have login email/password remembered to be able to get back in your account afterwards. And re-installed from scratch a second time ???
Maybe your last install had some corrupted portion to it.

SummonerNr… That's exactly what I did, I uninstalled completely then reinstalled because the game was a bit slow after the update... I did this procedure more than twice (I uninstalled completely then reinstalled) but it's weird because each time all the other modes work except Battleground when I try to enter it the screen remains frozen

First time going into various modes takes a while to load in all the various game resources (images, etc).

And besides that, BG is more intensive as far as maintaining a connection with game servers, that your device, load, etc, can severely be affected by.
Just like people eventually getting disconnects, etc, doing BG's. Maybe your's is too overloaded to even get to the point of trying to get thru BG in latest updates.

This is what it does when I click on the Battleground screen and I wait forever it doesn't appear... Ok thanks for your feedback it's nice, so I have no choice I'm going to play the other modes while waiting for the next season of battleground... I was mysterium before the problem at worst I'll be quantum 3

This game is hilarious, it's incredible that the Kabam team still hasn't identified this bug... Since I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, all the modes work except Battleground, when I try to access it, the screen remains frozen and this has been the case for more than a week, the season is over tonight... I made a ticket with all the proof in videos but still no satisfactory response, it really disgusts me with the game
