I need your help

Hello, how are you? I'm Darthfunco, and I want to tell you about the problem that happened to me at 3:45 PM Mexico time.
I was playing Act 9.2 on my secondary account. I had recently completed 100% exploration of Act 9.2. I had forgotten to progress through the war on both accounts. I progressed on the secondary account first. Once I finished, I tried to log in to the main account. However, instead of pressing "connect," I pressed "start." It immediately appeared that my account was banned. By the way, I had logged into the account this morning to progress through the secondary mission.
I contacted Kabam about the incident, but they didn't acknowledge anything, saying I had installed the game from an emulator, which is false, since I've always downloaded the game from the Play Store and updated the game from there. My device is a Redmi Note 10s.
Below are the screenshots of the evidence. I hope you can help me spread the word about this issue, as I haven't made any progress in the battle on the main account yet, and I need a quick fix. Thank you.

I've switched between accounts plenty of times, sometimes rapidly, and never logged back in to find one banned. So that's not an issue. They're usually pretty spot on about the use of 3rd party software.
Kabam support is your only help anyway. Literally nothing can be done about this on the forums. Support already told you what was what.
Your only hope is to send another ticket, but I highly doubt it will be reversed. We've seen this play out too many times on the forums.
I'm not saying you did it. All I am saying is that you can't prove innocence with screenshots and you won't build an army of support here on the forums. We've seen this story play out dozens of times and, except for on one occasion, the player is always found to be guilty. So unfortunately there isn't even a benefit of the doubt to be offered here.
Support is your only help and they told you what the deal was. You can keep saying you didn't do it, but your word doesn't trump their data. As donut said, you can attempt to submit another ticket and see if they will review it again on the slight chance their system read something wrong, but that's all you've got.
I remember way back when one guy got banned by kabam for no reason, and then later got his account. That could be the case here, but I would bet my lunch money that you 99.99% used a cheat/emulator. Kabam already told you themselves that the ban was for using an emulator according to your data and info you shared.
Wait out the 7 days.
