Cant enter BG section when usi g wifi

A very weird situation but cant enter bg section of game on wifi but only when using mobile data. The game freezes when using wifi when i hit the bg screen section. My wifi is 2-3 times faster than mobile. Wrote about this issue but kabam didnt wrote anything

    You may need to see if is everything correct between your wifi and your phone testing other games.
