7* sentinel prestige

Recently a picture of the top 50 prestige champs is floating around. On it it show sentinel as being top 5. I found this odd. Nowhere have I seen evidence of it. And all sites show it but when I change my madteries the numbers don't match. My question to the community does any one have a r3 or r4 max sig sentinel, and if so can u post a picture no relic no boost no mastery to confirm where sentinel actually falls.
