Account was hacked. Need help.

Recently my nephew's account (originally my alt account that I gave to him) was hacked. Someone on discord approached him offering to do content for payment. He declined. After looking into things it was determined the next day then $200 unit bundle was purchased and then refunded 12 days later. Now my nephew has -20000 credits after doing nothing wrong. I'm corresponding with Kabam Support, but they are offering no assistance. It's not right that a 13 year old boy who plays daily and is starting to produce content is being punished for the actions of a hacker. Can anyone help?!?

Period, end of story. But if you want more of a story we'll continue.
#2. If your nephew declined that Discord offer, then we'll assume your nephew did NOT provide that other person any of his login credentials. So in theory, that other person could NOT have gotten into your nephew's account.
What likely happened, is your nephew purchased some Units (or other) Offer in game or on Web Store (with real money), and then their credit card, bank, or parents, did a refund of that purchase.
You need to do Refunds via Kabam itself, so they can actually remove the items that you got from the (supposedly erroneous or duplicate) purchase.
Otherwise, you will have kept the Units, but gotten your money back.
That's what puts you into Negative Credits. And you have to make-up that purchase by buying a Negative Credit Bundle to get you out of the Red and be able to use your Units again.
#3. Now, if your nephew actually did provide login into to someone, like maybe for them to see what his roster looks like, etc, (even though he LATER decided not to pay that person). Then that would have been an extra double “account sharing” violation (“you to him” being the first). And who knows what that person may have done in his account, including doing a “bogus” Unit Store purchase with either Fake or Stolen credit card into.
Either way, by Kabams ToS, you aren't allowed to give away your account or share your login information. And you definitely can't bypass refunds by going through your credit card company.
#1. Do you only ever do this on HIS OWN device (does he even have his own device) ?
Or do you switch back-n-forth on the same (your) device, between logging in as you to your account when you are playing, and then switching to logging in as him for him to play (but still on your device) ?
#2. You said Google Play Store does not have any purchases for that account.
Do you (both ?) use Google Play to login to those 2 accounts ? Or do you (both) use actual Kabam ID (email/username + password) to play (and those 2 Kabam accounts use different email addresses) ?
So, even if using Kabam ID to login to game, when you make purchase it can be done from ANYBODY'S Google Play whomever is logged into their GOOGLE account on that device. (it is the Google/Apple login that charges you money, no matter which account you are actually logged into in game itself).
So maybe either of you did do purchase on his account, thinking you were in your own account ? Or nephew while playing his game account pressed to buy a pak in game (on your device), so your device still had you logged into Google on the device (and for purchases). And then a refund was done later ?
Why would you have screenshots of your nephew's account?... Just stop digging man .
