Paragon to Valiant Platinum Track

I have a bit of a complicated question. I have not purchased the platinum track yet. Right now it is $24.99, but I am pretty close to getting Valiant….
So here are my questions….
#1 If wait until I become Valiant to purchase the Platinum Track, will the rewards on the Platinum Track be better than what they are right now with me as Paragon ?
#2 Will it still be $24.99 or will the price change ?
#3 As long as I’ve completed every daily objective ( which I have ), will it give me all the rewards from day one ?

The only thing that changes on the platinum track one is the once per week selectors, which you can see the difference in right now by previewing them. If you're close to Valiant and plan to make the purchase, wait until you're there because there will be more value.
