Ironheart-Nightmare raids compensation

Why is it after Korgs SP2’s and Heavy attacks am I whiffing when I go to punish them? I can dex the SP1 but of course I get clipped by it when I shouldn’t be. Ironheart is a beast for these raids & Korg is the last defender on the path before the boss & with full charges I would be doing full damage & this Korg would be down but because of the dumb ass whiffing I can’t punish the above. Kabam will go into emergency maintenance when it effects there wallets but this issue is a big problem & for ppl using IH & I know full well you aware of this Kabam. Get it fixed. Why should I have to spend units because of your laziness to fix the problem & then to receive some lame ass compensation.

    Why are ppl disagreeing with a fault with the game? Pushing Korg (Nightmare Raids) to an SP2 & getting him to charge heavy should be easy for me to get my chargers but the game is ignoring my first attack & then I get finished off with a combo. This is NOT a mistake from myself but from Kabam.
