any word on the bugged hacks?

I can spend the whole 5 minutes trying to ramp up my teammates and get only 4-5 charges with how bad this is, why isn’t this a bigger problem if it effects literally all debuff hacks, at least from what I’ve heard. I just want one normal raids without it being bugged to near unplayable
