Charged twice for same Sunday Special

Bought Thronebreaker Sunday Special in game - limit one per week. I received an error saying transaction could not be completed. I clicked again. Got one set of rewards, but now see 2 charges from Apple. Raised a ticket and got a reply saying that the purchase was not processed twice and the screenshot I sent of 2 separate transactions were a BUNDLE - which is the opposite of a BUNDLE. 2 transactions, 1 Apple payment = "A bundle'. 1 transaction charged twice is the opposite of "A bundle". So not an Apple "Bundle". The person trying to help me clearly is reading from a script (or ChatGPT-ing) and doesn't understand English. Any Kabam-ites here who speak English well able to help?

    Still no help from Kabam on the ticket other than to say 2 separate transactions (cleraly screenshotted on submission of ticket) are 1 "bundle". Any Kabam people help?
