Missing 15k unit deal

Is anyone having this problem? After I 100% 9.2 I did not get the pop-up deal for 15,000 units. I have Opened and closed my game a few times still nothing.

You get it after completing it, not exploring/100% it. So you missed it assuming you did your first fight against Jane Foster more than 24 hours ago. Or at least I'm fairly sure that's when u get it

Just a question, will that offer be around forever or for a limited time? Let’s say I beat 9.2 in 10 months. Will I still get the offer?

At which point it won’t be worth 15 units, let alone 15,000.

I'm sure you'll find a use for those units in one of the upcoming sale events.
No one really knows how soon R4 resources will become more affordable, so you may have dodged a bullet in the best case scenario, and worst case, just save your units until cyber weekend (again that's worst case and assumes july 4 won't have comparable R4 deals).
