Missing rank up materials in Inventory

Hey Guys, I had recently explored act 8 and had received a 6 star rank 4 to rank 5 generic rank up gem. I was waiting to use it on my 6star serpent and noticed today morning that the rank up gem is missing in my account I did cross check couple of times even in my inventory but am not able to find it. Could anyone help me out on how to raise this issue to kabam.
