Yes i saw his guides but i am not so good in english so i must read what i have to do.
Read his kit in game and then watch the video again and connect the dots. You came to the English forums, so it's pretty unlikely that you will understand what we are typing compared to what Noob is saying. His video is the most helpful, even if just for a visual.

There is multiple phases, anybody who makes a big write up to make you happy deserves a prize or something. I am not that person, I won't even find you the link to the YT vid. Good luck
Conqueror of Time—Always Active Rewinds Time (4 Phases): When you knock Kang out, he fully heals, resets power, clears all effects, and the fight goes to the next phase (there are 4 total).
Damage Limits:
You can’t hit harder than 3% of his max health per hit.
His Neurokinetic Armor reduces all damage by 75%.
Ability & Power Control Immunity:
You can’t reduce his regeneration or his ability accuracy.
He is immune to Power Lock/Special Lock and resists Power Steal/Drain/Burn by 60%.
Extra Defenses:
His block can’t be broken.
You can’t land True Strike or True Sense (they have -200% accuracy).
Willpower and Despair masteries don't work in the fight.
🔄 Timestream Analysis If you hit him while he’s
Stunned
Dashing
Charging Heavy
Recovering from a Special
He does a counterattack.
Dashes back and fires a beam that can be dodged.
The hit does no damage but punishes you if you mistime things.
Slipstream Charges (how to make him vulnerable):
Dodging the beam or well-timed blocks = 1 Slipstream Charge.
At 10 charges, instead of countering, he becomes wounded.
💥 Wounded State (20 seconds): Kang is stunned and can't block, counter, or use his armor.
You deal extra damage (+25%).
This is your big window to hurt him!
Tip: Repeating the same opening move makes him block and stun you. He also gives himself a buff and you a debuff.
📚 The Archive Kang “records” certain buffs and debuffs as the fight goes on.
Every 15 seconds, he gains a random buff, and you get a random debuff.
After this happens 5 times, he uses a Special 3 with his ship Evangelos (unless you stop him).
🔄 Phase Mechanics Each new phase has a weakness when Kang is wounded:
🟢 Phase 1 – Unique Buffs: More damage for each unique buff on you (up to 8).
His Special 2 is locked.
🔵 Phase 2 – Unique Debuffs: More damage for each unique debuff on him (up to 8).
Special 2 unlocked.
The speed of the fight can change randomly.
🟠 Phase 3 – Buffs: More damage for each buff on you (up to 12).
He becomes smarter: he blocks your last 2 attack patterns.
Becomes immune to Nullify and Fateseal.
🔴 Phase 4 – Damaging Debuffs: More damage for each damaging debuff (like Bleed, Shock) on him (up to 12).
The Evangelos timer now lasts 80 seconds.
You can’t purify or cleanse debuffs at all.
When he’s "knocked out" here, he just gets wounded, and you must land 5 basic hits to finish him.
💥 Specials Summary SP1/SP2:
He might gain buffs or give you debuffs if the beam hits.
If you dodge all hits, you get Slipstream Charges (1 for SP1, 2 for SP2).
SP3:
Instant KO. You can’t avoid or survive it. Dodge the Evangelos timer or he’ll use it.
🔑 Tips to Beat Kang: Bait and dodge his counterattacks to stack Slipstream Charges.
Once you have 10 charges, go all-in when he’s wounded.
Change your attack pattern to avoid stuns.
Bring champions who can stack unique buffs or damaging debuffs depending on the phase.
