Game maintenance?

I haven’t been able to get into the game all day. Was there a maintenance I missed? At one point I let it run for about 5-10 minutes, and I never got past the first loading screen. I also never got the no internet sign.

    If u search mcoc then click on live many are livestreaming now so game is running fine

    I can try to uninstall and reinstall tomorrow, hopefully that fixes it

    I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it’s still not letting me in the game. Can someone friend request Havoc~inc or Ghostofthemost and explain to them why I’m not active, the alliance is angels with dirty faces. I would really appreciate it.

    It almost certainly won't do anything, but you can try. There's no outage, no maintenance, and you're the only one in quite some time on the forums saying you're having trouble getting into the game. Since no one else seems to be impacted, it's almost certainly a device or internet issue on your end and Kabam can't fix that.

    Assuming you have already tried the (have you unplugged it and plugged it back in) response.
    In this case turn OFF and then Restart your device.

    What about force closing any extra background tasks/apps that are running, or that are constantly doing Location stuff, etc. or other recent things added to your device that chew up the background processing and connection.

    I never have more than one app open at a time(besides Spotify), but I’ll try to restart my phone.

    Yea as others have said theres no outage currently, if youre still unable to connect you could reach out to support as others have said. Better equipped to help with specifics vs us here on the forums

    I just got it back working. I had to do a full restart on my phone. Thanks for the help everyone!

    So you didn’t do a full hard restart (power off/on) previously ???

    And “no other Apps Running” is not the same as Apps that have background processing going on (take a look at Facebook for example, always gotta be checking in case some FB Message comes in), or that have eaten up a lot of your device's memory/resources/cache (on my tablet, any amount of viewing YT videos beforehand always seems to make the game run slower or laggy afterwards, even though YT itself is no longer running as an open app or in browser at the time).

    Yeah that’s my bad, I definitely should have known to do that. I’m still wondering why it didn’t cross mind until you said something.
