Purchasing stuff from website from another region

So, as the title says i wanna do that because I'm a student and my bank account doesnt allow international payments (xsolla payments in my country are considered international), a friend is willing to help me with that, dont worry he's actually a friend not some merc or something like that so no questions of them hijacking my account. Is this allowed? I know sudden region changes trigger their anticheat (i think) but the thing I'm doing only involves the website... so I'm confused.

Kabam says sharing of account details is against their ToS so I dont know how this fits in. Technically webstore isn't part of the game, it's just a place to purchase items for mcoc. So it's better to get clarification before sharing your account info with someone else.

So you want your friend to login to Xsolla to make purchases for you?
That would depend on Xsolla's rules, not Kabam's. It connects to your account, but at the same time isn't your Kabam account.
If you let them login to the game for you, that's a different story. But as far as Xsolla is concerned, it shouldn't be an issue and isn't something Kabam could track anyway. All depends on how Xsolla feels about it.

Yup that, should i just open a ticket and ask kabam support this question directly instead of this forum post?

If it only involves Xsolla, there's nothing Kabam needs to know or can do. Xsolla is a third-party they use to facilitate transactions, so the rules they make there are very limited. Honestly wouldn't even worry about it, but if you want to be certain just check in with Xsolla instead. Or if you want to avoid any negative possibilities even more, just get payment info from your friend instead of giving them login details.

How good of a friend are we talking about?
Like a real life friend or an internet friend?
Because someone could make the purchase wait for you to pay them, refund it and completely screw you...
