How often do you get to meet full rank 4 teams when you pass 15-20 streak? Maybe extremly bad luck or they just turned up the difficulty or some?
It's like when you got some 7* rank 3s to fight with you get to match up with 6* rank 1 but when u play with rank 1 7* u get to fight full teams of rank 4?

15-20 is when it is going to be toughest. The game is actively looking for the hardest difficulty multiplier in the algorithm. Best bet would be to use stronger champions there, like 6r5a or 7r2. You'll almost definitely still face 7r4 because so many players have them now, but it'll be more manageable, or you may face lower teams that make it easy. But in reality, 7r4 is still plenty beatable with 7r1, they just happen to commonly be the more annoying champions for the time being.
Once you get to 21+ the algorithm essentially breaks and you'll almost always face teams around the level you go in with, as long as you don't go too low.
