Freely discuss what you define as end game player

Basic requirement will definitely be valiant but what other criteria do you think define a player as end game player
Level 61 and above?
Number of 7* champions?
Roster strength, number of 7* rank 3?
Account rating?
Prestige?
Others?

All the answers above are reasonable
Case in point, i haven't fully explored Abyss and Necroplis cause I just don't enjoy content like that.
Massive health pools + Long paths ≠ My cup of tea
I do my initial completion runs, then only go back if some special event/content calls for it.
Most games (similar in structure to this one) have an end game, and that means there's a distinction between the normal game and the end game, and end game players are the players who are primarily focused on the end game content. So the question of what an end game player is, is to me a bit backwards. It is the definition of end game content that comes first, and then everyone focused on that is an end game player.
In this game, there's stuff that tends to be mutually agreed to be end game content. Necropolis was at release, and arguably still is to some extent although that's fading fast. The most recent set of Carinas challenges are usually considered end game content, as is content like Epoch and Gauntlet. Arguably the latest Act chapter is often considered end game content at the moment it is released, sort of de facto, since end game players obviously have to do it but also obviously could not have done it before it was released.
So I would say that if you are primarily working on 9.2 or have at least completed if not explored up to 9.2, if all that's left in front of you are things like Epoch and Carinas, then you're an end game player because all that's left for you to do is end game content. If you're not valiant, if you're still working through 9.1 or earlier, if you are still doing content that is the prerequisite for other content considered end game content, then you aren't an end gamer yet.
Content itself is by no means enough of a criteria because it has an easy difficulty level and literally any player can fully explore it with unlimited revives.
Account size, summoner level, number of 7*s or R4s, prestige etc are not criterias in order to become an end gamer, they are existing in-game components that can facilitate a player into becoming an end gamer.
For the most part end gamers are not players looking to tackle end game content because they can simply blitz through it.
However, an end gamer's focus are competitive game modes because content itself serves little to no engagement for them as they surpass the skill requirements in order to tackle that type of content which is for the most part done in a week.
In other words, an end gamer's focus are competitive game modes and an end gamer is a player who constantly plays at the highest levels of competition the game offers.
If not these players would stop playing since there is nothing to chase after or no bosses left to defeat
