I just now achieved Valiant and my daily crystals are not showing up, So I went to put in a ticket and it says to sign on again with something Zendesk…. I’ve never had to do that before because it kept me signed in. I’m just wondering is this legit? Because it just happened as soon as I made Valiant….

After daily super event launched there were no daily crystals you can collect in-game but you can get one from web store daily.

As for your question when you go kabam.com/support and select contest of champions it sends you to the address "https://help.kabamsupport.com/hc/en-us/categories/360003410932-Marvel-Contest-of-Champions/"

When you are on this page you need to sign in from top right corner and then it sends you to something starts with "kabam.zendesk.com/auth..... goes on" , for signing in you need to create an account after that you can send all your tickets through there.

So yeah it's legit.
