I was thinking of getting him with pool shields as he’s the only champ i’m missing in glorious guardians. However, i’m kinda hesitant as he was bugged along his release and got ‘nerfed’?

Well, he was really hyped upon his release as glorious guardian but ever since then i haven’t heard of him much. Is it because he is rare and not many people have him or he has fallen off a bit? Also, how essential is the dupe?
