Account issues with linking email

I am unable to link an email to my current account. Everytime I try it just creates a new account on that email. So I am unable to access the website anyone know how to fix this.

    If the system creates a new game account instead of linking your email account, the most likely reason is you already linked an email to that account. Once you do, you cannot link another one without going through support.
