    All the runes are pertaining to incinerate with the exception of an energy resistance.
    No shock enhancements on any of the runes.

    Black Panther relic bc cruelty boosts her debuff potency. Same for stat focus, she has a high crit rate already so need to put it on cruelty for stronger bleed and shock
