Question about titan nexus

Was just wondering if I pick up the titan nexus from the new store, will it update to the June crystal pool when it’s time or will it stay the same, with the same champs inside? I’ve never held a titan nexus before so just wondering. Hunting for 7* Galan.

    I have another question, if you have the Titan nexus can you pick ANY of the champs from the titan pool or does it just give you 3 random options from the pool?
